This is a diagnostic, not a pep talk

Most men who end up working with a coach spend months before that knowing something's off but not being able to name it clearly. This workbook is designed to close that gap.

The assessment is ten statements. You rate each one 1–5. Your total places you in one of four profiles — and each profile comes with reflection prompts built for exactly that situation, not generic journaling questions.

It takes about 20 minutes. It works better if you actually write in it.

Where do you land?

Score 10–22

The Quiet Questioner

Something small has started asking questions you haven't had time to answer. You're doing well by most measures — but there's a low hum underneath.

Score 23–34

The Plateau Professional

You've built something real. The problem is you stopped growing inside it. Competent, respected — but there's a ceiling feeling.

Score 35–44

The Successful-but-Stuck

High functioning, high achieving, running on empty. You're delivering — but exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix.

Score 45–50

The Change Is Coming

You already know something has to shift. The question isn't whether — it's whether you drive it or wait until circumstances force it.
