You've Built the Career. Something Still Feels Off.
Coaching for high-achieving men navigating the gap between success and fulfillment — career transitions, burnout, and figuring out what's actually next.
The things men actually search for
Most men don't google “life coach.” They google “successful but miserable” or “how to change careers at 45” or “burned out high performer.” They search the problem, not the solution.
If you found this page, something's probably been asking for your attention for a while.
What men bring to coaching
You've hit your goals and still feel empty
The title, the income, the respect — you built it. And somewhere along the way the finish line moved, or crossing it didn't feel the way you thought it would. This isn't ingratitude. It's a real signal worth paying attention to.
You're successful-but-stuck
High functioning, high delivering — and running on empty. You're good at performing okay, so nobody's pushing you to look at it. But the gap between your external life and your internal experience has gotten wide.
You hate your job but can't just quit
The compensation is real. The lifestyle is built around it. You don't have the luxury of just walking away — but staying is costing you something too. Coaching helps you think clearly about what's actually possible, not just what feels safe.
Your identity is your career — and that feels fragile
When most of who you are lives inside your title or your company, any change — voluntary or not — hits different. Coaching helps you build a clearer sense of who you are outside of what you do.
You know something needs to change, but you can't name it
You're not looking for someone to tell you what to do. You need space to think it through with someone who asks the right questions. That's what coaching is.
This isn't what you're picturing
Coaching is not a soft conversation about feelings. It's a structured process for getting clear on what you actually want, what's in your way, and what you're going to do about it.
Sessions are focused and direct. I ask hard questions. You do the thinking. That's the work.
Most clients start to see clarity within the first two or three sessions. It doesn't take years.
What coaching is not
- ✕Therapy (we don't process the past — we build clarity about the present)
- ✕Career counseling (no aptitude tests or job listings)
- ✕Consulting (I don't give you the answer — I help you find yours)
- ✕A sales pitch in disguise (the discovery call is a real conversation)
ICF-credentialed. Direct. Honest.
I'm Dania Miwa — an ICF ACC certified coach and certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. I work one-on-one with professionals navigating transitions, career questions, and the gap between achievement and fulfillment.
I don't have a gender prerequisite for coaching. What I care about is whether you're willing to do real thinking — and whether we're a good fit.
The discovery call is free and low stakes. It's a real conversation, not a pitch. You'll know by the end of it whether working together makes sense.

Can men work with a female coach?
Yes — and many men find it easier to speak honestly with a coach who isn't part of their professional world or peer group. The coaching relationship is confidential and focused entirely on what you bring to it. Gender matters far less than the quality of the questions being asked.
What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is present and future focused. We work on clarity, decision-making, and building a path forward — not processing past experiences or diagnosing anything. If what you're navigating has a clinical dimension, I'll be honest about that and can refer you to the right kind of support.
How long does coaching take?
Most clients notice real clarity within the first two or three sessions. Engagements typically run 3–6 months, though that varies by what you're working on. We'll discuss this during the discovery call.
What does it cost?
Coaching packages start at $175/session. Options and details are on the work with me page. The discovery call is always free.
